Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Sheera Mix
- 2 Cup hot water/Milk
- 3/4 Cup sugar
- 3/4 Cup Ghee
- Dry fruits as per your choice (Almonds, Cashew Nuts, Raisins)
- Cardamom Powder
Method:
- Heat the ghee in a pan on medium heat.
- Add the Sheera Mix and sauté a little.
- Keep water/milk to boil, once the water comes to boil switch off flame.
- Add boiled water/milk and stir well to avoid lumps.
- Now the mixture becomes thick, add sugar and mix well for sugar to combine.
- Keep a lid and cover for 2,3 minutes.
- Now add Cardamom powder and all dry fruits.
- Serve hot or warm.
